2: Can you put in the hair extensions for me? Whilst the extensions are easy to put in yourself, we do offer a hair extension attachment service. We charge a flat rate of only $699. Our salon is in Port Melbourne, Victoria. We can also refer you to one of our accredited salons, Australia wide. Just give us a call.
3: How many Micro Ring or Fusion Extensions will I need for a FULL HEAD of hair? For a full head you will need between 150 and 200 strands. For thin hair,150 will be enough. If you would like a half a head, then 100 strands will be enough.
4: Are you Clip In Hair Extensions human hair or synthetic? We have both Human hair and Synthetic hair fibre available. The synthetic hair is approximately half the price of our human hair.
5: What is the quality of the synthetic hair and does it look real? Our synthetic hair is amazing. Made from Kanekalon fibres, it has a healthy and shiny appearance. Our synthetic hair looks so real that no one will ever be able to tell it is not your own hair. You can not curl our synthetic hair, but it will stay looking great for many many wears.

7: Will the hair micro ring or fusion hair extensions damage my own hair? Whilst the actual extensions will not damage your own hair, you do need to be more cautious when brushing your hair. It is important not to pull to heavily on your extensions as this may cause your own hair to break. To avoid the need to brush your hair heavily, always brush your extensions as soon as you get out of the shower. This will help you avoid minor tangles.
8: Will my hair get very tangled? No more than your own hair. Our hair is Remy human hair which is less prone to tangles than other cheaper hair brands.
9: How do I care for my hair extensions? We offer a full range of hair extension products, such as shampoos, conditioners and treatments. These will keep your hair healthier and shinier for longer. You do not need to purchase these products and can use your current products (as long as they do not contain silicon), however our products are specifically designed to care for your extensions. 10: I need help putting in my extensions. What should I do? We have created a catalogue of short video tutorials that can be accessed on our wholesaler, Secret Stylist's youtube channel.
